For far too long I've listened to other people and their notions of what I should do and how I should do it. I was told that I needed to pick a niche and focus on one thing. After hearing that for years, it paralyzed me. I stopped creating and playing because I didn't have a clear direction. I stopped showing my work and creative endeavors with others because it didn't tell a clear and cohesive story. I didn't know how to tell people what I did because I was a creative who liked to do a lot of things. I was afraid that if I pivoted or tried something new I'd have to start all over. And then friends, I said a well intended "FUCK IT."
Just like in my past athletic career, I've learned that cross training is incredibly beneficial, even from a creative perspective. It allows you get out of your
routine and train different muscles (or thought processes) while at the same time allowing you to come back to your passion and find new "tools in your toolbox."
I've realized that not having a defined path is part of who I am. I am an explorer, wanderer, lover of learning, risk taker, and adventurer. So I started to play again. To create. To dream. To pivot. And damn it, to try new things. I call it my 'Undefined Creativity' because that's exactly what it is. It's for me to explore in any way that I choose. I love learning and trying new things. I'm here to create, share, and expect nothing in return. This website, in a sense, is my love letter to my creative spirit and adventure and nothing more. So enjoy friends and thanks for stopping by.
THESE ARE A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS.
